The Sound Den is a FREE inclusive creative music ensemble. We focus on supporting young people who might be struggling to access other types of music provision and aim to provide a supportive, nurturing, and fun space for young musicians and singers to come together and be creative while supporting their emotional wellbeing and resilience. Our ensemble is led by an experienced team of music for wellbeing practitioners.
